针对重型机床液压系统故障频繁且多与油液中的固态颗粒污染物相关的问题,进行了油液污染趋势变化试验。通过时域分析获得了油样颗粒数的有量纲和量纲一参数,通过Q-Q图和K-S检验分析有量纲参数,污染颗粒数是退化量服从正态分布的退化数据。进行了油液污染与环境相关性分析试验,采用相关系数法分析得到,颗粒数变化量与一定范围内的温度、流量、压力的相关性小;将液压元件分为管路、阀、过滤器三类,用直径5 μm左右的颗粒和直径大于15 μm的颗粒分别研究管路及阀件的堵塞和磨损情况,以过滤器过滤精度大小的颗粒研究过滤器的堵塞情况,设定ISO4406标准20/17级对应的颗粒数为阈值,利用退化量分布建立了液压元件单一故障模式的可靠性模型;利用竞争失效模型将上述模型融合为多故障模式下的可靠性模型。 相似文献

The present work investigates the contact forces between sitters and seat as well as their correlations with perceived discomfort. Twelve different economy class aeroplane seat configurations were simulated using a multi-adjustable experimental seat by varying seat pan and backrest angles, as well as seat pan compressed surface. Eighteen males and 18 females, selected by their body mass index and stature, tested these configurations for two sitting postures. Perceived discomfort was significantly affected by seat parameters and posture and correlated both with normal force distribution on the seat-pan surface and with normal forces at the lumbar and head supports. Lower discomfort ratings were obtained for more evenly distributed normal forces on the seat pan. Shear force at the seat pan surface was at its lowest when sitters were allowed to self-select their seat-pan angle, supporting that a shear force should be reduced but not zeroed to improve seating comfort.
Practitioner Summary: The effects of seat-pan and backrest angle, anthropometric dimensions and sitting posture on contact forces and perceived discomfort were investigated using a multi-adjustable experimental seat. In addition to preferred seat profile parameters, the present work provides quantitative guidelines on contact force requirement for improving seating comfort. 相似文献

基于分解的多目标进化算法(MOEA/D)在解决多目标问题时,具有简单有效的特点。但多数MOEA/D采用固定的控制参数,导致全局搜索能力差,难以平衡收敛性和多样性。针对以上问题提出一种基于变异算子和邻域值自适应的多目标优化算法。该算法根据种群中个体适应度值的分散或集中程度进行判断,并据此对变异算子进行自适应的调节,从而增强算法的全局搜索能力;根据进化所处的阶段以及个体适应度值的集中程度,自适应地调节邻域值大小,保证每个个体在不同的进化代数都有一个邻域值大小;在子问题邻域中,统计子问题对应个体的被支配数,通过判断被支配数是否超过设定的上限,来决定是否将Pareto支配关系也作为邻域内判断个体好坏的准则之一。将提出的算法与传统的MOEA/D在标准测试问题上进行对比。实验结果表明,提出的算法求得的解集具有更好的收敛性和多样性,在求解性能上具有一定的优势。 相似文献

We have been studying on estimating distribution of permittivity between measurement electrodes using capacitance and electric potential. Two arc electrodes were separated by long distance and there electrodes were surrounded by additional electrodes respectively. In past research work, we carried out numerical electric analysis for calculating the capacitance and electric potential using Finite Element Method (FEM) and compared with experimental and numerical results. The capacitance values were almost agreed with experimental and numerical results. However, the electric potential values were different between experimental and numerical results in conventional studies. Nonwoven geotextiles have been used as filters in geotechnical and geoenvironmental works for half a century. They are easy to install and can be specified to meet the requirements for proper filter performance. There are situations where a geotextile filter may be subjected to tensile loads, which may alter relevant filter properties, such as its filtration opening size. Examples of such situations are silty fence applications, geotextile separators, geotextile tubes and geotextiles under embankments on soft soils. This paper investigates the effects of tensile strains on geotextile pore dimensions. A special equipment and testing technique allowed tests to be carried out on geotextile specimens subjected to tension and confinement. The results obtained showed that the variation in filtration opening size depends on the type of strain state the geotextile is subjected, under which the geotextile pore diameter may remain rather constant or increase significantly. However, confinement reduces the geotextile filtration opening size independent on the strain mobilised. An upper bound for the filtration opening size of strained nonwoven geotextiles is introduced and was satisfactory for the geotextile products tested. 相似文献

Transient simulation of filtration in hollow‐fiber membranes with nonuniform permeability distribution was conducted. The diversity of permeability distributions caused different initial flux and transmembrane pressure distributions. Manipulating the permeability distribution enables a hollow‐fiber membrane to achieve its maximum volumetric flow rate. During solid‐liquid separation, the inter‐adjustment between flux and cake distributions improved their uniformities simultaneously. The reciprocal of the volumetric flow rate of the membranes all increased linearly with water production. Severely nonuniform permeability distribution caused low water production. The numerical results could be applicable to account for the non‐ideal performance of industrial hollow‐fiber membrane modules. 相似文献
